Synthetic Turf Multi-Purpose Field

Huntress Sports provided master planning, engineering, design, permitting and construction administration for the new synthetic turf multi-purpose field at Winchester High School in Winchester, Massachusetts.

Working with our project engineers, Huntress Sports developed an overall site master plan and details that included a resilient shock pad, coated sand infill, and a portable pitcher's mound. The project also accommodated the stormwater and flood conditions that had been a recurring problem for area homes and businesses in the Downtown location.

The result was a state-of-the-art synthetic turf facility that is host to Winchester High School's Baseball, Softball, and Soccer programs. The project was completed on time and within budget.
